STORY:

1300 A.D., Western Europe.
When two rogue commanders from Planet Xonader, Squalo and Vitralia, steal a cargo of mysterious weapons called Krogmorgs and land on Planet Earth during the Middle Ages, a crew of Gorebreaker Soldiers is sent to investigate.
You are them: Plasma, Crystal, and Piranha, superior warriors with the power of an army and the sole objective of capturing the fugitives and retrieving the stolen cargo.
But what seemed like a simple rescue mission quickly escalates into a bloody struggle for survival, as the alien weapons have plagued certain regions of the land, altering the body, mind, and soul of the infected inhabitants.

It is time to fulfill your mission and uncover the dark secrets behind the theft: secrets that could shape the fate of both planets.

PLANET XONADER:

Deep in the Galaxy, amidst crimson nebulas and dying worlds, the Planet Xonader rises like a silent god: the black heart of interstellar warfare.
There, war grows. It breathes. It lives.
For generations, the Xonadian people have devoted every moment of their existence to the religious pursuit of the most advanced and lethal instruments of destruction the universe has ever known.
Their creations, the Krogmorgs, spread across every conflict, fueling wars among the stars and intergalactic rivalries, like seeds of ruin cast into the void.
And yet, no one has ever understood the true purpose of the Xonadian population, nor how they remain so wealthy and prolific, as they provide their weapons at no cost.

But the galaxy whispers that they seek only one thing: to fill the void with eternal, screaming silence.

KROGMORGS THE THINKING WEAPONS:

“Thinking Weapons” is the imperfect human translation of the word Krogmorg.
But the original term, spoken in the language of the Xonadians, evokes something far deeper: something alive.
Because Krogmorgs are not tools, they are beings.
Creatures designed and grown on Xonader, not meant to be wielded, but to bond, to fuse, with their user.

The Krogmorg are divided into three macro categories: Body Krogmorgs, Mind Krogmorgs, and Soul Krogmorgs, each related to one of the respective pillars of life: body, soul, and mind. Some form perfect symbiosis, where identity and function become one.
Others burrow into the bearer, silently devouring all will.
Still others act autonomously, as fully independent beings driven by a predatory consciousness of their own.

Where Krogmorgs are used, only death and devastation remain.

REAPER: THE LIVING STARSHIP

They call it Reaper: a name born from fear, whispered by those who saw too much and lived long enough to tell, and proudly adopted by the Xonadians.
Officially, it is a cargo ship. In reality, it is a living being, engineered on Xonader for one sole purpose: to carry death.
The titanic starship doesn’t have an army, but only a small crew of Gorebreaker Soldiers: Xonadian warriors of unfathomable power, whose combat experience is the stuff of legend and who can easily overcome the entire armies of a planet.
The Reaper doesn’t merely fly. It moves like an ancient predator, with its organic engines trailing a black streak through the sky like the cloak of Death itself.
Those who have seen it swear the air reeks of burnt flesh and clotted blood after it passes. That its outer flesh stretches and screeches like screaming mouths. That its hatches don’t open, they burst with a cry that echoes like the shrieks of dying children. And when it lands, the enemies hold their breath.

Because the Reaper doesn’t deliver cargo: The Reaper unleashes a sentence.

EARTH: SACRUM ERA

The Gorebreaker Soldiers land on Earth to fulfill their mission in the Middle Ages, precisely in the year 1300 A.D.
These years would later be recognized by historians as the beginning of the Sacrum Era: a period that spanned from the 14th century to the end of the 18th century.
In those times, when humanity was engulfed in doubt, fear, and superstition, faith became one of the most powerful tools against the terror of death and the mysteries lurking beyond the veil of life.

With the rediscovery of forgotten creatures and forces, parts of humanity began to abandon their old beliefs, preparing to embrace new gods and religions.
