We are happy to announce that our webmaster has finally completed the new database, login system, and automated documentation processor on our website.
This section is essential for collecting all the necessary data for mass shipping.
A less complex version was ready in August, but the new global customs procedures forced us to re-do it from scratch, modifing the entire data-confirmation system so that it automatically generates all required shipping documents in the back end.
Producing this documentation manually, considering the number of pre-orders and crowdfunding participants, would now be simply impossible.
Pre-orders will close on 25 November

We tried our best, but it was humanly impossible to complete these vital steps in less time and start shipping in November.
IMPORTANT — DATA CONFIRMATION FOR THE SHIPMENT
1 – We will now create your account and contact you in order of purchase to ask you to confirm your data inside necrostorm.com
2 – In the email, you will find a simple tutorial on how to log in and proceed with the order confirmation.
3 – Due to the high number of requests regarding “end credits” name changes, we are giving you the opportunity to update that as well.
It is still possible to render only the end-credits file in one day and complete the mastering in 4 days, as our customized duplicators can work on multiple files and “open” projects (the movie and end credits have been split into two separate video files).
4 – It is vital that you confirm your info on our website; therefore, the email must not be ignored.
5 – We will contact you via the e-mail you used to place your order. If you changed your e-mail please contact us to update it.
6 – If you haven't received our e-mail, please don't worry: it just means we haven't created your account yet. Rest assured that your package will not be shipped before you confirm your data through our website.
VOD
Our webmaster can now begin working on the VOD section, with the usual maximum effort and dedication.
The free VOD for Crowdfunders and Pre-orders will be released before you start receiving your packages, but we cannot provide an exact release date for that section yet.
Once again, as we have proven for more than 15 years, we are capable of surpassing our promises when we can work properly, but when problems of this scale arise, the minimum consequence is a delay.

Even though we have not complained publicly, these delays (caused by the old distributors and by the new global importation laws) have seriously harmed and challenged us; nevertheless, we continue to keep our promises and work nonstop, constantly improving as a studio.
Please understand that delays are unfortunately inevitable in such precarious conditions, but above all, the wait is now practically over
