STORY:
Adam's wife, Emily, is facing a tough pregnancy, but they're stuck in a place with no doctors.
They've got one shot: Heaven Valley, a tiny, run-down country controlled by the powerful Richard Family. But getting medical help there means scraping together a hefty bribe for a doctor at the only hospital in the country. Because access to medical care in Heaven Valley is a privilege reserved for those who work for the Richards only.
